Q:How to place an order?
A: Please send us the regional location, ground dimensions, and photos of the building site (if possible). Based on this
information, we will design a product plan for you that meets local building codes (such as fire protection, structural safety, energy conservation and environmental protection, durability, etc.), including PDF files such as basic floor plans, technical specifications, wind and snow load design calculations, weight calculations, etc. After you confirm the design and quotation, we will take care of the entire process from production to transportation, and even provide door-to-door delivery services (if necessary).

Q:How long will it last in my climate conditions?
A: Our gazebo is designed with professional engineering systems to withstand hurricane-level strong winds, heavy snow loads, and various climate conditions in between. It is very strong and durable, and can outperform mostcompetitors in today’s market.

Q:How long is your product warranty?
A1: Heavy-duty aluminum construction with a 25-year structural
warranty (due to the strength, thickness, and quality of connections).
A2: We use Akzo Nobel’s environmentally friendly self-cleaning paint for outdoor aluminum, which has a 15-year warranty (for great looks and long-lasting self-cleaning).

Q:Are standard and custom sizes available?
A: Yes, we have standard sizes of 3m x 3m, 3m x 4m, 3m x 5m, 4m x 4m, and 4m x 5m. And the open roof system is designed to be flexible and customizable. We will help you design the length and orientation of the shutters to best suit your area.

Q:What types of features can I add to the roof?
A1:We offer integrated LED lighting and an automatic rain and wind sensing system that automatically closes the roof when it starts to rain.
